Not a substitute for clinical judgment
Any future use of ShiftBridge is intended to support, not replace, professional clinical judgment, direct communication between clinicians, institutional policies, emergency escalation procedures, or the official medical record.
Do not enter protected health information
The current public prototype is not a production clinical environment. Users should not enter names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnoses linked to identifiable individuals, or any other protected or personally identifiable health information.
Not yet a HIPAA production environment
The prototype has not yet been represented as a HIPAA-compliant production system. Production deployment would require an appropriate security architecture, access controls, authentication, audit logging, data protection, vendor and hosting review, policies, agreements, risk assessment, and institutional approval as applicable.
Availability and accuracy
Prototype functionality may change, be incomplete, or contain defects. No guarantee is made that the demo will be continuously available, error-free, or appropriate for any particular clinical workflow.
Institutional use
Healthcare organizations considering future use should independently evaluate the system for clinical safety, privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory requirements, interoperability, governance, and compatibility with local policies before implementation.
